Week3

In week 3, we learned Exception. We can make our own error message by create a new Exception class, and put into the fucntion if specific error, this is really awesome and usefull. Excersice 2 is base on the Exception, which is pretty straghtforward, and I finished in 2 hour without any error, I think this is the fastest one I can ever made.
